LOOPHOLD Security Distribution, the local distributor of SonicWALL technology, has announced that the SonicWALL TZ 210 Wireless-N appliance has been named as SC Magazine's Unified Threat Management (UTM) Industry Innovator of the Year in the publication's December 2009 issue.
SC Magazine recognised the appliance's speed and deep packet analysis capabilities in setting it apart among other UTM devices. The publication also recognized SonicWALL's greatest strength as a company as being their vision and understanding of future requirements, including the ability to manage and secure Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) traffic with minimal latency to data flows.
